All leaders are readers but not all readers are leaders

There is a popular quote that says readers are leaders but it may not always be so, because it takes reading backed up by efficient and effective action to become a leader.

So reading without acting is as bad as not reading at all. Leaders are readers without a doubt because they learn from the pitfalls of others in other to climb the ladder of effective leadership. 

Leaders don't just read junk from every tom, dick, and harry, they read meaning into their lives by getting literature that is informative, educative, and inspiring. 

Every leader is traceable to what he reads but not every reader became a successful leader, so watch what you read to become a successful leader
