Immunisation is a method of preventing disease by injecting or taking into the body.

especially treated disease-causing organisms or their products. when such material enter the human body. the body react as if the disease-causing micro-organism are actually present. but the person does not fall ill.the body produces substances. called antibodies,which are carried into the blood, the antibodies remain in the body and if the individual comes in contact with any of the disease-causing micro-organism,Will stop the micro-organism from developing. Therefore,the essence of immunisation is to stimulate the body to produce antibodies,which give immunity to the body against some diseases
