Leader of IPOB Mazi Nnamdi Okwu Kanu has been discharged.
Kani Daily has reported that the minister of justice, Abubakar Malami said Nnamdi Kanu was only discharged not acquitted, adding that the Federal Government will explore appropriate legal options.
The senior Lawyer in an interview on Channels TV also said Nnamdi Kanu should be released for Peace to reign.
The appeal court discharged Kanu ruling that the Federal high court lacks the jurisdiction to try him, given his abduction and extraordinary rendition to Nigeria in flagrant violation of the OAU convention and protocol on extradition.
