How to change my lifestyle to a haelthy and good lifestyle

The type of lifestyle you live is determined by the choices you make everyday 

Everyday we are faced by choices we have to make and in the end the choices we make become our lifestyle and we have to live with them, if you don't like your current lifestyle and the way you live, you can change it within a weeks time by just changing the way you normally do things.

If you normally wake up late change it and wake up early, do a couple of exercises and some yoga and meditate as you think about how you are going to tackle the day today with a positive mindset, and see how your day will go 

Just the small little things we do can change our lifestyle to a good and healthy lifestyle, now you will have all the time in the world to think about how you going to turn your whole life around and do better
