That’s Him!

Back then in college, as a fresher who was eager to learn I always hear the name of an Individual very often, a lot was accorded to him. His name was on the lips of everyone in school because of his excellent performance.

I was so eager to know him. So, I told a friend of mine that any day she sees this guy she should let me know.

That faithful day we walk gently to our various classes after a brief break and then suddenly I felt a tap at my back with my friend pointing at a particular direction “ that’s him" she said, I replied who? Senior Sam of course…

I couldn’t reconcile the famous name with the face I saw that day, I was rather disappointed. I had earlier thought I could see a guy who was tall and well built body.

Well to cut the long story short, life doesn’t work the way it works in our heads.

That incidence taught me great lessons:

✍️You don’t have to look great to be great.

✍️You don’t have to look smart to be smart.

✍️It’s the value in you that defines you not your physical attributes.

I assure you there is more in you than you realize, unique values and abilities waiting to be harnessed.
