In life, there is a time when all that is expected or required of you ,is to make the right choice .our choice determine what happens to to us afterward when we make right choice,we are glad we did.when we make a wrong choice,we often seek other people aside ourselves to bleme . employment is when you as qualified person secure a job or when you are actively engaged in a productive activity.in this case, employment can come from government, companies or self_created . however,it is one's decision to be employed.In other words, you can decide not to be Employed even if there is an opportunity for you.Graduates all over the world seek employment immediately after they are through with school some even get employed before graduation.at any level of employment, the most important demand of an employer is that you contribute positively towards the development of the organization.you can make it a choice to acquire necessary skills and competencies needed to perform when you secure a job.
