exercise is any outdoor or indoor event carried out in order to strengthen our muscles and reduce some fatigue etc.
Types of exercise
1. Walk out: this is exercise being carried out early in the morning, where and individual or team walk to a distant place.
2. Sit up: this is always done by someone looking for six parks, whereby the individual will lie down with the head facing up and be getting up to sit and lie down again for numbers of turns. By so doing your stomach will contract and for a couples of days six parks will start showing up.
3. Gymnastics: this is being carried out in the gymnastics stadium where you will be carrying something like dump bell etc. This type of exercise really strengthen someone's muscles.
4. Track and field event: this are exercise carried out in the field e.g football, race, throwing of short put and throwing of javelin etc.
Effect of exercise in the body
1. It strengthen the muscles
2. It reduce fatigue
3. It makes us gain agility etc.
Exercise is essential thing that we have to do everyday in other to build ourselves.
