*FAQs*
🤷🏽♀️ What are the benefits of EXFOLIATION?
🤷🏽♀️ How do I EXFOLIATE?
🤷🏽♀️ How often should I EXFOLIATE?
🤷🏽♀️ Does it have any side effects? Exfoliating with a good exfoliant gives you the ‘Spa feel’ right in the comfort of your home and improves your skin texture.
*How do I EXFOLIATE?*
For Face: Use your cleanser to cleanse first before exfoliating.
For Body: exfoliate by gently scrubbing your skin with a good exfoliant *after* bathing with your normal soap.
Simply scrub your wet skin for 3-5 minutes then rinse off with (warm) water.
*How often should I EXFOLIATE?*
You should exfoliate your whole body at least 2 times a week, not more than 3 times a week.
*Does it have any side effects?*
Exfoliation has no side effects. As a matter of fact, not exfoliating your skin is a problem for your skin. The skin cells die every 28 days, and if you don’t buff off dead skin cells through exfoliation, the new skin underneath never sees the light of the day. And what you get is dull looking skin, clogged pores, dark/black spots etc…
*What do I EXFOLIATE with?
There are several natural ingredients you can exfoliate with.
I highly recommend any scrub with honey, sugar, milk or berries. These ingredients in scrubs makes for the best body scrubs ever.
Exfoliation is the start of glowing skin.📌
