Growing up during our time.

The good old days 

Growing up was fun during our days, children from the same surrounding could gather together and play different kind of games, every child had some right to play and so no one was against the other, every game was played in a friendly way and playing items were also shared amongst to the children.

The only thing was separating the team, boys had their team as well as the girls. This made even parenting easy because discipline was instilled in every child, it's only that some of the games were rough and we could soil ourselves knowing very well that back home thorough beatings were awaiting us.

Some playing items we could make them ourselves and sharing them was a part of us. During that time, each and every child knew that you have to respect your elders, good manners was practiced everywhere. Parents were really good disciplinarians during that time. Nowadays most of them don't discipline the kids anyhow.

Unlike today, things have really changed, children don't interact that much with their agemates. No playing much, the only place they meet is in school, that is where they can play. In this era, they only know much about watching and playing video games, i find such destructive in a way, it makes children lazy, even thinking can be too hard for them, foe example when tackling hard question for schoolwork, they opt to google than use their brain.

Growing up during our days, had this slogan "All work and no play makes jack a dull boy!." Indeed it was much fun!
