Have you ever felt frightened, like your in your body but not in control of it? Ever felt like you cant control your thoughts because , because you just dont know how... Have you ever had an intrusive thoughs that you cant seem to think of anything else apart from it?
Well, i have and i have been living with it for awhile now.

Last night, i could not sleep, normally i would sleep when i hold hands with my sister but this was different ladt night because, everytime i closed my eyes, something horrible kept popping its ugly head, same stupid thoughts kept creeping in repeatedly, so i opened my eyes and refused to sleep. I stayed up all nights despite how my eyes hurt so badly and were in need of sleep..
But i later slept when i discovered how to deal with it...
If you are here and you have read to this point, you might know someone or you are someone with intrusive thoughts, you cant sleep because when you close your eyes all you see is weird images and all you hear is rubbish.
First of all, i want you to know that you are okay, sound and healthy. Breathe in. Relax. Intrusive thoughts!! Just as the name implies are intrusive, breaking you amd making you worried,unhappy and afraid. but we have had enough of its intrusiveness...
So how do we stop it? Here are the steps that helped me :
1. PRAY: Very Important first step..
2 LET THE THOUGHTS FLOW
3. DISTRACT YOURSELF WITH SOMETHING ELSE
4. KNOW THAT, YOU ARE A GOOD PERSON AND YOU ARE NOT WEAK. So demonstrate your power by not doing whatever the intruder tells yoi to do.
