What is health?? 

The state of being free from illness or injuries which simply means if you do not take good care of yourself,you could trigger a whole lot of diseases into your body.

Health is the greatest blessing that a person can have it is the key to happiness.You get to live your life the fullest more especially when you lead a healthy lifestyle,the body remains healthy and the mind become more active and fresh also extends longevity and regenerate the bones.Let's also consider exercises they are a great aspect of course.

Let's look at how our grandmother's and grandfather's lived long🤷 I mean they were able to live for more than 100 decades unlike us living in this new era.Don't you want to know what they were consuming back then?? They planted veggies ,fruits hunting wild animals not feeding themselves with refregerated meat.I know we a re living in the modern world but let's mantain a healthy lifestyle did you see how powerful Corona virus was for our junk food immune system let's try to reduce junk food intake my wonderful people love you all. 

... Health is not valued till sickness knocks...😌
