Heist of Stewart Gardner Museum

Built in the late 19th Century the Stewart Gardner Museum is located in Boston, Massachusetts. It has alot of old and very valuable oil canvas paintings that had been collected around the globe dating back to the 16th Century.

But in mid March 1990,two men possing as policemen came in at night at the museum entrance saying they had a call in of disturbance in the area.

Then the night guard buzzed them in and they ended up tying the night guard onto his chair. In the next one hour they ended up robbing very valuable famous paintings.

To date these paintings haven't been found the museum has put up and a 10 million dollar reward for anyone who knows the whereabouts of these paintings.

NOTE: These paintings were painted by a famous Dutch painter knows as Rembrandt who existed in the 16th Century
