How I Was Able To Cure My Longtime Chronic Headache After I Tried Many Different Medications

How I was able to treat my chronic headache after trying many different medications. I view drinking water as a severe obligation that I must fulfill. I hardly ever drink enough water while I eat, never mind the steady intake of water. When a thorn becomes stuck in my throat, I can only swallow enough water to remove the thorn. And even though my mother would constantly urge me to drink enough water to ensure that the food I ate was properly digested, I was good with it.

I am aware that drinking water aids in digestion, but I have never thought that it can prevent headaches, and I have never even considered making myself drink water when I am experiencing a headache.

I experienced a bad headache around the beginning of March 2022, which I initially mistook for malaria or typhoid symptoms. When the headache wouldn't go away despite lab results showing malaria and typhoid, I visited the hospital multiple times and underwent tests as well as treatment.

When the body is dehydrated, fluid loss can cause the brain to momentarily contract. A dehydration headache is the result of the brain pulling away from the skull as a result, which hurts." When I was in school, I clearly remember one of my teachers saying this in one of his lessons.

I stopped taking all of my medications and created what I dubbed a new prescription for myself using water.

I started drinking two 75cl bottle water every morning, midday, and night. I consistently drink 450cl of water each day.

I just followed this for 14 days, which ended on July 1st, 2022, the headache is completely gone, up until now been August 22nd, 2022, I have not experienced even the slightest headache.
