Anger can be controlled

  1. CALM YOURSELF: when you are angry don't try to be more emotional just calm yourself breathe low and letgo of whatever causes your anger.
  2. MUSIC: Listening to good music can scare away anger.
  3. YOU CAN GO FOR EXERCISE: try exercise and Yoga balance your breathing and forget the cause
  4. READING: Find some interesting stories and read
  5. COMMUNICATION: Try to communicate with people that you know cannot remind you of your condition
  6. STROLL: You can choose to walk around alone (seeing things outside can help you to forget your condition)
  7. WATCH INTERESTING SHOWS: TV Shows like Sport, Comedy and other entertainment can help you out
  8. VIDEO GAMES: Try playing and concentrating on video games
