Healthy living is one of the Gift we receive from God, note no one can provide us Good Health but God alone. But we have a role to play in order to maintain a good standard of living, there are things we need to avoid, e.g (1)Congested room: this is the process where by many properties are stored in a room and the room changes it smell (2)Inadequate air: this process also consider to be the world most biggest problem, people ignorantly closed up every where in their rooms not giving access to ventilation to pass in to the room (3)Breathing: breathing natural air is much better than turning on fan and air condition it helps to clear the lungs

This will help you understand why health is good to your body.
