How to get free MTN data in 2026(no app)

Many Nigerians are searching for free MTN data in 2026. I tested 3 methods and they work.

METHOD 1: MTN Welcome Back Data

If you have not recharged your MTN line for 30 days, dial *131*7*1#. MTN will give you 1GB free data to welcome you back.

METHOD 2: MyMTN App Bonus (Fastest)

1. Download MyMTN app from Play Store

2. Login with your MTN number

3. Go to Offers or Rewards

4. You will see 500MB to 2GB free data for new login

METHOD 3: MTN Pulse

Migrate to MTN Pulse by dialing *406*1#. Pulse users get 500MB night data every week plus cheap data offers.

My advice: Try Method 2 first, it works for almost everyone in Port Harcourt.
