Hello! Today we are going to see how we can have a great and sexy body shape (especially for girls). From my experience part if our body that makes us fat is our stomach part. To decrease the fat around our waste and stomachs the following workout will help you. These are;
- the first one is mountain climbers. This workout is helpful and also easy to do it. Position your self like a push up and then let your leg go in and out one then the other.
-second one is sit ups. This work out will help you for decreasing fats around your upper leg and builds a six pack.
Do this workouts and also don't forget to have a rest two days per week. Do these two workouts for 25 days and I can tell you that you will have a change and have also a great and beautiful body shape. Thank you and good bye
