HOW TO LOSE/REDUCE WEIGHT
Exercises:
Though exercise is not the most important way on how to burn fat, but it helps increase the amount of calories your body requires for the energy to burn Fat.
There are specific exercises that helps you in losing some amount of Fat in your body, they include;
Squatting
Skipping
Jumping and
Push up
The main good reason of exercise is that it keeps you Healthy.
Food:
yes food, many of us may think or say that foods only makes us gain weight, yes it does but there are also some food that helps break Fat. The main thing is for you to know how to eat moderately and mindfully.
Firstly, you have to know how to eat slowly, eating slowly here doesn't mean you should start counting the food, what I mean is for you not to eat anything that just come your way at any minutes or seconds. You shouldn't by these skip your breakfast. Minimize the number of times you take-in/eat fast food.
Again, eat
Proteins
Vegetables
Fruits in season and
Whole grains (light food) such as oats, rice and so on.
Lastly, Drink enough water.
