LEADERS THAT LOVE LIES
They surround themselves with sycophants, praise-singer, trumpeters, sweet talkers whose job is to keep feeding their ego with lies, even when what they are doing is absolutely wrong. They hate the truth even while the truth is obvious. They despise it with every fiber of their being. They so love lies and they are so use to hearing lies from their subordinate even while such lies is capable of leading them into their early grave.
If these set of leaders happen to be your boss in the office, you dare not tell them the truth. For if you do, you would become their arch enemy. They may even do everything possible to frustrate and truncate your promotion not because you are unqualified but because you refuse to join the bandwagon to sing his or her praise and keep telling sweet lies into their itching ear.
These set of leaders are never wrong, they never do wrong, they never make mistake, they never commit any flaws. Everything they do is right, every word they utter is right, every solution they proffer is the best and you dare not question their suggestions. If you do, you automatically become their foe.
I call them unfortunate leaders because they are battling with lots of insecurities, low self-esteem, low self-worth and inferiority complex. So there is nothing you can do to help them only they can help themselves.
