Mind is a wider part of us. Let's be mindful of ourselves ,our thoughts,our believe, our doing and our judgement towards ourselves and others.

Life is never too hard but we are the agent causing hardness for ourselves sometimes, we can't be in all places at once, we can't do all things at once but sometimes we tends to form a Superman and wanted to do it all.

Our thoughts towards others can cause our downfall sometimes so take it into action. Love others like you love yourself, treat others with the same respect you want to be treated with. Share love inorder to receive love.You can't receive what you never give..let's be MINDFUL.
