- Drink black coffee without sugar and milk, 15 minutes after breakfast
- Always eat your food with squeeze lemon on it
- Eat rice or carbs once a week only
- Avoid fatty foodÂ
- Mall is the best way to walk for a mile
- Sleep on same time and pattern every day except weekend
- Stop eating at 06PM
- You can eat breakfast and lunch but not dinner

- Meat – once a week
- Eat dates if you crave for sweet

- No midnight snack allowed
- Always drink water instead of soda
