Natural way on How to lose weight

Below are my personal lists to lose weight:

 

    • Drink black coffee without sugar and milk, 15 minutes after breakfast
    • Always eat your food with squeeze lemon on it
    • Eat rice or carbs once a week only
    • Avoid fatty food 
    • Mall is the best way to walk for a mile
    • Sleep on same time and pattern every day except weekend
    • Stop eating at 06PM
    • You can eat breakfast and lunch but not dinner

 

      • You may drink 200ml of low fat labneh in lieu of dinner to avoid acid influx or hunger pain

 

    • Eat chicken and fish even everyday
    • Meat – once a week
    • Eat dates if you crave for sweet

 

  • Fast 2 times a week – 
    • Just liquid and fruits only until 5 PM – 
      • You may start to eat heavy after 5PM until 7PM
  • No midnight snack allowed
  • Always drink water instead of soda
    • You may drink soda twice a month
