Everybody can not be rich and not everyone who are poor will remain poor. However, there are so many things that both the rich and poor people do and these things are dangerous. It doesn't matter whether you are rich or poor, if you find yourself doing these things, you need to stop because it can make your life miserable.

1. Never gamble with your hand-earned money.

If it is not well utilized it can drain you of all your money. So I will advise you to quit this dangerous game completely, especially when you are not making any profit. It can takes you one-step forward but two-steps backward.
2. Never join any investment that promises fast return, or that is too good to be true.
Everybody wants money but some people do not want to work for it which makes them to find easy ways like Ponzi schemes and other investments. I feel sad whenever I see some people fall as victim to fake investments and dubious Ponzi schemes.
It is not advisable to involve yourself in any get rich quick platform that looks too good to be true. Hard work pays so if you are poor you should put in more more and hustle hard.
3. Never look down on God.
If you're a religious person do not ever look down on your God. You should trust and serve him in any situation you find yourself. There will always be trials and temptation especially when you are poor but you should use it to charge up your faith. Keep on believing in your God and he will lift you high
4. Never involve yourself in scams, Yahoo, or any Ponzi scheme.
There is a massive increase in internet fraud and cyber crimes especially in Nigeria. It has gotten to a point where the youths flaunt their wealth and brag about the illegal ways they got their wealth in the social media.
No matter what situation you are passing through, do not ever think of becoming a fraudster. You may think it seems right at the beginning, but it might destroy your life at the end.
5. Stop consuming too much alcoholic drinks.
Excessive consumption of alcoholic drinks is not good for the body system. According to common observation, poor people are more exposed to the lifestyle of excessive drinking. No matter how poor you are, reduce your intake of alcohol.
