This patient had an angle's class 3 malocclusion with an anterior crossbite, as well as some crowding due to a lack of right maxillary space. Due to severe periodontal complications, this patient was referred by an orthodontist during orthodontic treatment. At the involved site, large bone defects, high mobility, and pus discharge were observed. CGF and rhBMP-2 were used in regenerative medicine.
