Taking care of our Mental health

 Being in this toxic, polluted, competitive environment where everyone is struggling for their future for achieving something,we leave our mental health so back or we just forget about our mental peace. We just don't give back ourselves the peace the calmness the love which we deserve. In return our mental health gets worse and we don't perform same which we use to. Sadly we loose that charm from ourselves which our family and friends expect from us. We loose to give that values first to our self and than to society which in return affect our mental health. So do not burden yourself with overwork and tiring routines. Have some hobbies,social communications, Leisure time is a necessity for emotional and mental health. We should balance out  our routine eat proper diet sleep well and work properly..
