This is the Biggest Mistake Creators sometimes Make.....
I thought if I just post every day, I would start making money.
I was doing everything on Premise app. I answered surveys, did location tasks, checked prices in shops around Benin. I was very consistent.
But my earnings were still very small.
That was when I realized the biggest mistake creators make.
It is not inconsistency. It is creating without giving people a real REASON to stop and read.
Here are the 3 mistakes I was making:
*1. I Was Talking To Myself, Not To My Audience*
I used to write about topics I like. But on Lodpost, people want useful things.
They are searching for things like "how to make money with Premise app in Nigeria", "how to get more surveys on Premise", "best app to earn money in Benin City".
If your article does not solve their urgent problem, they will scroll away, even if you post every day.
Inconsistency kills you slowly. But irrelevance kills you instantly.
*2. My Beginning Was Boring*
On Lodpost, you only have 3 seconds. If you start your article with "In this modern world..." people will leave.
I changed my style. Now I start like this: "I almost deleted my Premise app last week because I was not getting surveys."
You want to know why I did not delete it, right? That is a hook. You need it.
*3. I Tried To Be Perfect Instead Of Being Useful*
I used to spend 2 hours editing grammar to look professional. Meanwhile, another writer wrote a simple article like "How I Make N2000 Daily From My Phone Without Referral - 3 Apps That Pay" and got over 2000 views.
He mentioned Premise, Lodpost, and Hala. Simple English, but very useful. People clicked.
People don't need perfect English. They need useful information that can help them earn.
*What You Should Do Instead*
Before you write your next article, ask these 3 questions:
1. Who is this article for? Don't say everyone. Say "a student in Edo who wants to earn N2000 daily with Premise".
2. What problem does it solve TODAY?
3. Why should someone stop scrolling in 5 seconds to read it?
When I started doing this, my views on Lodpost started growing. Even my Premise earnings improved because I understood what people really want.
So remember:
Consistency will make people come back. But VALUE is what makes them click the first time.
Don't just be consistent. Be worth being consistent for.
