- China: possing a budget of $201 billion with an active toop population of 2.3 million and they own 9,500 tanks with 6100 aircraft and 67 submarines
- Japan: spending a budget of $41.6 billion per year Japan has an active troop personel of 247,000, 1000 tanks and 1200 aircraft and 40 submarines.
- India: they spend $50 billion pe ofr year and 1.6 million troops, 6,400 tanks, 1900aircraft and 20 submarines.
