1. Take a deep breath and count to 10.
2. Make a list of everything that you need to do, and prioritize it.
3. Break up larger tasks into smaller, more manageable chunks.
4. Talk to someone who can help.
5. Take a break and do something calming, such as listening to music or going for a walk.
6. Prioritize self-care activities, such as doing a workout or meditating.
7. Change your environment and go somewhere else for awhile.
8. Take a break from technology and disconnect from the chaos.
9. Say ‘no’ when you need to, don’t overextend yourself.
10. Remind yourself that this is not permanent and the situation will eventually pass.
