- Don't bring your shyness to the attention of others, don't advertise it to people.
- Don't label yourself shy. Everybody is unique in their own way. Be defined as a unique individual not by a single trait.
- Always take deep breaths: feeling shy may result by feeling nervous over something, somebody or a situation, taking deep breaths makes you calm and your mind clearer.
- Try meeting new people: approach new people and start having conversations with people who you found hard to start convo with.
- Visualizing yourself: picture yourself addressing people or even talking to your crush.
- Always plan everything to go well, have a good perception on yourself.
- Be curious always by being interested in others. Allows you talk freely.
- Soften your inner self. Don't be harsh on yourself and not judging yourself too because your inner voice is your best friend.
- Always remember that one bad moment doesn't mean a bad day.
- Shut down your imagination this causes an inner disapproval.
- Stare down your fears. Sometimes you need to face your fears and meet them head on.
