2023: Peter Obi sends important message to his supporters

In advance of the general elections in 2023, Peter Obi, the Labour Party's (LP) presidential candidate, has written a letter to his followers.

Obi urged his followers to focus on issues of advancing the cause of turning Nigeria from consumption to production, creating jobs, and generally improving the nation in a post that was shared on Twitter.

The former governor of Anambra State also extended gratitude to his and LP's supporters.

Obi also urged his followers to give him the opportunity to respond personally to any contender who disparages him.

While you focus on matters to advance the cause of changing our beloved Nigeria from consumption to production, he wrote: "While you concentrate on issues to promote our cause of generally developing a better Nigeria."

"I genuinely appreciate each and every one of my and LP's supporters. I adore each of you. Please grant me the opportunity to respond directly to any CANDIDATE who makes negative remarks about me.
