5 foods that kill cancer cells

1. GARLIC

According to the American cancer society, cell culture studies have shown that garlic can help cancer cells die off. The national cancer institute also says that garlic can induce the deaths of cancer cells and that garlic can reduce the rate at which cancer cells proliferate, thereby slowing the progression of cancer in the body. 

In animal studies, garlic has killed cancer cells in the lungs, breast, stomach, oesophagus, and colon. Garlic contains powerful anti-oxidants like allicin, proven to remove free radicals from the body. It also boosts immunity, lowers blood pressure and cholesterol level, and is a natural detoxifier. Chop or crush garlic, allow to rest, then use it raw or in your favorite recipes.

2. GRAPES

The compounds found in red grapes, resveratrol, is a powerful antioxidants that also saves cells from oxidant-caused deaths. Grape seeds have huge benefits. We recommend you don't eat grapes without seeds. 

3. TOMATOES

Tomatoes contains lycopene. An antioxidant that attacks roaming oxygen molecules known as free radicals that are suspected of triggering cancers. They also have vitamin C, an antioxidant, which can prevent cellular damage that leads to cancer. Studies have shown that lycopene can kill mouth cancer cells. An increased intake of lycopene has already been linked to a reduced risk of breast, prostrate, pancreas and colorectal cancer. Avoid canned tomatoes, use fresh or buy glass bottles.

4. TUMERIC

Curcumin, found in tumeric inhibits the spread of cancer (metastases), along with it's anti-inflammatory and oxidative effects. Tumeric can be found at farmer's markets in root forms. It can also be used to spice your food, (grate on salad or in salad dressing, as well as in cooked dishes), with no side effects.

5. GREEEN TEA

The catechins found in green tea have made it a superstar in the cancer-fighting food research. They are believed to be more powerful than vitamin C in fighting free radical damage. In multiple lab studies, this delicious breverage has been shown to shrink existing tumors and inhibit the growth of cancer cells. Many experts suggests green tea daily, as a natural cancer preventative.
