What comes to your mind when you think of caves? Dark scary place buried underneath the earth surface home to deadly creatures? A vampires nests, like in the case of dracula untold? Or a pirates nests of long lost treasures of gold, as in the movie, uncharted?
Whatever the case may be or what you believe in, it's imperative that caves are explored. However dangerous gases trapped in some caves, and a fear of the unknown makes safe cave exploration sacrosanct.
Reachbot a robot about the size of a toaster oven was developed by scientists with extendable arms for crawling through dangerous caves, as is the case of martian caves to look for life and probable solution to unsolved man problems.
The robot will be connected to a power source at the surface which will illuminate the cave and ensure proper analysis of the cave.
