A suspected thief was Apprehended around obikabia junction Aba Abia state, after allegedly breaking into a storey building under construction to steal electrical wires.
According to eyewitnesses say the young Man was caught in the act by members of Abia state vigilante Group, following an alarm raised by nearby residents .
