Boy child under siege

Our fathers, brothers, nephews and sons's needs have been neglected.  That said and done,  we all need to revisit the set rules and laws regarding this matter. 

During our childhood years, our mothers took great care of girls while boys were sent out to do tough duties and even spend the night in the cold night. In those days things  were different from  today  because the responsibilities were less compared to today.

In the  modern days, boys are still expected to compete with the other gender despite the fact that they are left to  toil on their own.

The girl child is  showered with all their needs while the boy child is left to sought himself out.

The biggest challenge  comes in marriage.  These two genders will at one point in their life time want to get married. That is when the roles will  change  because  the husband  will have no or less say in the relationship.   This  change of roles will affect the  union depending on the culture of both parties.
