Movement in celss involve two process:

1. Active transport

2.passive transport

Active transport involve the movement of substance in and out of the cell in presence of energy

Passive transport involve movement in and out of the cell without energy use. Processes involved in passive transport are . osmosis,diffusion

DIFFUSION.

This is the movement of substance from a highly concentrated region to a lowly concentrated region

Diffusion are of two types the facilitated diffusion and simplie diffusion

Simple diffusion is the simple movement of su substance

Facilitated diffusion is the movement of substance that cannot pass through the lipid bilayer of the cell membrane
