It consists of four parrs:
1. Assessing the situation
As a first aider you should be calm and take charge of the situation by giving confidence to the casualty by either talking , listening or reassuring him/her
2. Diagnosis
At diagnosis the first aider is guided by:
History of the case
Symptoms of the casualty
Signs of the casualty
3. Treatment
After diagnosis treatment is given according to the level of consciousness of the casualty
4.Disposal
This involve disposing of the casualty to the doctor hospital or home this according to the seriousness of the casualty
A reaport should be given by the first aider explaining circumstances and treatment if the casualty is disposed to hospital
