The competition faced by industries have forced them to seek for the best candidates to employ not on the basis of academic qualifications but on the availability of the needed skills for the job, the response received by employers on any small vacancy advertisement is too high especially for high paying firms, hence they need to be very careful in their selection process
The key to overcoming the ever competitive nature if the job market is to develop a very strong competitive nature that will distinguish you from others , this includes possessing and displaying relevant skills, talents, abilities and stating clearly how they will benefit the employer. Building strong networks that will create positive influence in the job process is also needed.
