What is Grammy Award?
The Grammy Awards is the most prestigious award presented by the Recording Academy of the United States to recognize the outstanding artiste within a year, it's a yearly award dedicated to the music an artiste made so far. It's a night filled with grand style and filled with top and lots of celebrities and thus the show is frequently called "music's biggest night". The trophy depicts a gilded gramophone, and the original idea was to call them the "Gramophone Awards". Until it was changed to Grammy Awards.
A lots of artistes and fan base believe once your favourite doesn't win it, it depreciate his/her value.
But we have lots of artiste who are yet to win it despite their good form, but still couldn't meet their criteria.eg (Nicki Minaj, Davido, e.t.c).
