Apple and Milk are low-glycemic, but they have been selected as the top 10 world most healthy foods. They cause slower sugar rise, and provide many nutriens in the human body. But however many nutritionists believe that apples and Milk are not a good combination. Milk is rich in high-quality protein. And its digestibility is as high as 90%.
Apple contain many acidic substances such as malic acid and ascorbic acid C vitamin.
Scientists has shown that the protein in milk and the acid in Apples meet in the stomach will coagulate into lumps. If you eat many Apples and milk it cause indigestion can also cause gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhoea and stamochache.
So it's not recommended to mix Apple and Milk.
