Shogunle said that the minor didn't tell her the names of the ones who supposedly debased her.
During questioning by protection counsel, Mr O.O. Ogunjimi, the observer said that she found no semen when she inspected the survivor.

As per indictment, Fashola, close by others at large, committed the offense at 8. 00 p.m. on Sept. 27, 2020, in an uncompleted structure at Oluwashina Intersection, Itire, Lagos State.
"The respondent and his assistants had unlawful sex with the 13-year-old in the uncompleted structure.
"The offenses negate Segments 137 and 411 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015," Abiodun-Muniru said.
Equity Rahman Oshodi concluded the case until May 6 for continuation of preliminary.
