Good News To Retired Soldiers As CS Duale and Ogolla Makes This Move

It is a big win for former soldiers as CS Aden Duale and General Francis Ogolla reveal that they are to form a committee which will look into affairs of former soldiers and the establishment of their dependent education.

According to Ogolla, the launch marks the operationalization of the law which intends to help the personnel. Ogolla added that since the soldiers are always in war zones they lead to stress of their families back at home.

"The prolonged operations have led various social challenges among the personnel including post traumatic stress disorder, family wrangles, absenteeism, drug and substance abuse." Ogolla noted.

He added that this problems are dragged to retirement which leads to poor living conditions. The initiative is also to restore the capabilities of former soldiers with disabilities.
