Guava is a fruit that is seen around us and have many usefulness one of the benefit is that it lower cholesterol. 

Now let discuss how to use use guava leaf to reduce weight. 

First and foremost we need to get our guava leaf as many as possible that can last for three(3) days after that we rinse it with clean water then set aside.

We need to get clean pot and add water to it it depend on the quantity of our guava leaf 2 to 3 glass of water should be fine. 

Then we need to pour our rinsed leaf inside the water and place on fire let it boil for 5 minutes after that let it cool and pour it inside sieve to remove the leaf what we need is the water after we collect the water we can drink it twice a day in the morning and after meal at night we can take it three(3) times in a week.
