I want to talk about these vegetables that we can see around us but most of us don't know how to use it or how to combine it together. 

The vegetables are: Bitterleaf, Scent leaf and Moringa leaf as we all know these vegetables have some special flavor that makes our food smells nice and it has many health benefits such as:It boost immunity it reduce sugar level that is to treat diabetes to mention but few 

To use the vegetables we need to pluck our bitterleaf wash it and squeeze out the water you can add little salt to it then rinse it very well to remove the bitter taste out of it after that set it aside 

What next is to pluck our scent leaf we need to wash it too and set aside. 

After that we pluck our moringa leaf rinse also and set aside 

After that we need to air dry the vegetables

Some of us don't know how to air dry let me explain how to airdry

Airdry is one method of drying without putting it inside the direct sunlight or drying in a cool and damp place.

After we Airdry our vegetables it is ready to use and trust me you can add it to any of your foods be it fried stew, rice, spaghetti even you can add it to your normal vegetables

You will love it and it also reduce fat from body
