HABITS THAT MAKE YOU LOOK OLDER THAN YOUR AGE:

 

1. Smoking, this is probably the most efficient aging accelerator. People that have been smoking for a considerable length of time look much older than their actual age. Even shisha will do that to you. So if you want to look younger, stop smoking.

 

2. Alcohol abuse. People who engage in excessive alcohol consumption eventually start to look older than their real age. If you know anyone who drinks most of the time, then you have also observed this. 

 

3. Dehydration makes you look older. That is one of the reasons we encourage you to drink water regularly. 

 

4. Stress. 

 

5. Bad eating habits. Eating too much refined sugars. Make sure you are eating enough vegetables and fruits. 

 

6. Lack of exercise.

 

Now imagine someone who smokes, drinks alcohol like a fish, doesn't drink water regularly, is stressed about where they will get money for alcohol, has bad eating habits and doesn't exercise regularly. Such will soon look older than their grandparents.
