This can be defined as listening to and taking care of your body after daily activities for optimal functioning.

In other words it is a state of health and wellbeing, more specifically, the ability to perform in aspect of sports, occupation and daily activities.

Importance

1. This promotes proper care of our bodies for optimal health and functioning. There are many more elements of physical wellness that all must be cared for together.

2. It also encourage the balance of physical activities, nutrition and mental wellbeing to keep your body in top condition.

Why should I involve in exercise

This help in keeping the brain and body fit and strong to be able to fight against any disease in the body system.

It helps in reliving stress after your weekly activities.

Especially for obesed patient,it helps in reducing or burning out fat in the body.

How to balance your diet on campus

As student in higher institutions we involved in different practices and this can affect our lives either positively or negatively. In a nutshell, I want to give us a clue of what the right combination of food that is best for your health, vegetables and fruits should be close to you always, proteinous food are good in the morning, the intake of carbohydrates should be looked into.

My health is Wealth is telling you that your health is paramount to anything on earth, it's the healthy that walk, eat, work for money etc so we should work and also rest for the sake of the body.
