Hormonal imbalance.
It normally happens when estrogen and testosterone hormones becomes crucial to ones health. Also known as corisol and insulin hormones that imbalances, and this are hormones that controls stress and blood sugar respectively. It mostly affects women and so it's mindful for every woman to know how the hormones work. They experience such in a natural way mostly during menstruation, puberty, pregnancy and menopause.
It normally causes acne and weight gain, fatigue, depression, anxiety, constipation, numbness in your hands, higher than normal blood cholesterol levels, diarrhoea, slow or rapid heartbeat and depression.
It's usually prevented or rather treated by intake of enough proteins at every meal, reduction of sugar intake, regular exercise and trying the stress reduction technique, maintaining a moderate weight, consumption of healthy fats and getting enough sleep and also the intake of berries (rich in vitamins and nutrients that helps in balancing of hormones).
