 I have gotten lots of questions from people asking me, ''Why writing?, What prompted to begin your writing career?" And a whole lot, I would answer the above question with a short incident that happened to me, when I was much younger.

       While growing up,I noticed that I seemed to enjoy motivational and Inspirational talks that's in line with the word of God, and I wanted to do same. But I was a very shy person and had stage freight so I couldn't stand before people to speak but I knew I had a lot in me that I wanted to share to people and to the world at large. So when ever any thought comes to my mind I would write it in my Journal, and I continued this way for a long while.

 

At some point I became intentional about it and I envisioned what I wanted to get from my write-ups, I had a clear purpose of what I wanted and life gradually became meaningful and exciting for me. 

 

The fear of talking to people later turned to a bigger opportunity to express myself to the world ( I'm over stage fright now though ). I practiced and practiced , I read books, just to improve myself and I began deploying it.

In your skill, business, academics it's time to be more intentional about it and not do things casually. Being intentional gives you a clearer upfront about what you want to achieve. There should be a definite target to what you want, when you are intentional you choose to make decisions and take action based on what's priority.

 

Being intentional is a capability that you can grow everyday and will change your life forever.

 

 WHAT DOES INTENTIONALITY BIRTH

1. It helps you become more present and helps you achieve bigger goals.

2. It births productivity

3. When you have an intentional focus, you choose to live and create a life that has a clear purpose and it meaningful and exciting to you.

 

4. With Intentionality, you appreciate more and practice gratitude for the things that matters most in your life.

5. When you're intentional, you set better boundaries.

1.Tune out the noise: Stay clear of distractions

2. Identity your value

3. Set a morning intention 

4. Set your focus aright

5. Create little shifts

6. Create a vision board

 7. Recount your intentions

8. Give your self a break

9. Be purposeful with time

10. Be mindful of your most important relationships
