Its one of country blessed with minerals and its ideal for agriculture as it receives frequent rainfall through out the year this is the descriptions of Democratic Republic of Congo(DRC).
Recently Kenyan Deputy President took the Internet by storm after DRC accused him of his insensitive remarks.
The second in command was in Central part of Kenya championing for his manifesto identified as bottom up approach system.
During his tour while addressing the residents Dr William Ruto pointed that if he managed to wins the oncoming elections his system of governance will focus on bottomup system that will see people reaping big .
However in one of the statement things took a wrong turn after Deputy President crack as joke challenging farmers that he will establish a market in neighbouring countries Congo that has scarcity of milk as there's no dairy cows.
The simple statement was amplified by kenyan politician to suit their agenda and self gratification that got attentions of Congo envoy in Kenya who express her displeasure .
Unknown to DRC ambassador that it was just politics that amplified the simple statement the second in command was forced to apologised to DRC.
