1.BRUSH REGURARLY BUT NOT AGGRESSIVELY.
Brushing teeth twice a day is important practice for removing food stains and bacteria from our teeth and keeping them clean. Brushing our teeth should be done in a gently manner so as to avoid hurting and damaging our gums. Teeth should be brushed using a slower motion with the rihgt smooth tooth brush.
2.VISIT A DENTIST REGULARLY.
A person should visit a dentist atleast after every 6 months for a checkup. In the process the hygienist will clean the teeth and remove plaque and hardened particles.During the process, the dentist checks the entire mouth to see signs of cavities and other associated diseases.
3.DO NOT SMOKE.
Smoking harms body's immune system which in return makes it difficult for body cells to heal.
4.USE MOUTHWASH.
Using of mouthwash helps to benefit oral heath. Mouthwash helps one to havea fresh mouth and with good smell.
5.LIMIT SUGARY FOOD AND DRINKS.
Alot of sugar in a diwet can result into cavities. The more you use too much sugarthe more you increase your chances of suffering from cavities.
6.DRINK WATER INSTEAD OF SUGARY DRINKS
Drinking water or unsweetened tea throughout the day and onliny using small amout of sugary food during meal times helps to reduce the level of high sugars in the body.
