Importance of eating breakfast

Breakfast is the first meal eaten in the morning.

Breakfast boosts your metabolism first thing in the morning.It curbs your hunger, prevents one from eating large quantities of food later in the day, and stabilizes your blood sugar. In addition, eating a fiber-rich breakfast helps you fill up and keeps you full for longer so that you do consume extra calories. 

To me breakfast is the best food to eat in the day.

Although there are known the benefits of breakfast for  health and wellbeing, many people often skip it, for reasons best know to them, which is not the best because it may lead to health issues.
