Well affiliate marketing is a skill you learn on how to promote other people courses or products and in return get a commission for that particular service u have rendered. This term can also be described as the act of having a link u promote so that when a sale is made through that link, u immediately get a commission for it which has been automated.
Having learnt what affiliate marketing is about, then I'll take u through the advantages of learning affiliate marketing.
To start with, affiliate marketing helps to gain confidence online as it is form of online skill that helps you make legit income online. In the present world we live in, it is evident that online transactions is taking its turn as it is shadowing the system of a 9-5 job, where we go out from morning till night yet we get paid a few cents. Having a skill is the only way to take charge of your finance in the present world we live in, as such affiliate marketing could be the best way to start up online because it helps you to make money online in order for you to be able to invest in other things you might have interest in as an individual.
Secondly, affiliate marketing helps you to start up a legit business of your own even though you don't have a company, because you are just literally making use of what others have done by promoting it to get a commission. The good thing is the moment you start getting in these commissions, then you start having confidence and start building a brand. This brand you build is what helps you to start up your business online because people will want to learn from you and once this is achieved, BOOM, you start your journey to as much as u want in months.

With all my experience, I am yet to see a disadvantage on this subject, so my conclusion is there is no disadvantage as it only helps you to grow financially and improves your earning capacity.
